Warranty Policy

DAAM360 – Daam Energy Trading Co.

Introduction

This policy aims to outline customer rights and the mechanism for submitting warranty claims in accordance with the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Definitions

  • Store/Company: Daam Energy Trading Co.

  • Customer: Any person purchasing a product through the store.

  • Product: Includes batteries (Gel/Lithium/Starter), inverters, chargers/regulators, and solar panels.

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty: The warranty issued by the manufacturer and included with the product card, warranty booklet, or purchase invoice.

  • Manufacturing Defect: A fault caused by production, materials, or software (for electronic products), and not resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, or improper maintenance.


I. Return and Replacement

  • Products may be returned within 3 days from the invoice date ,Products may be exchanged within 7 days, provided they are in their original packaging and free from scratches or damage.

  • Used, installed, or unsealed products are not eligible for return or exchange

II. Warranty Periods by Category

III. Exclusions from Warranty

  • Damages resulting from misuse or incorrect installation.

  • Any modifications or repairs carried out outside authorized service centers.

  • Use of products for purposes other than those intended (e.g., using storage batteries for vehicles or generators).

  • Battery swelling or explosion voids the warranty immediately.

  • Gradual performance degradation over time (considered normal wear and tear).

  • Damages caused by accidents, liquids, excessive humidity, fire, high heat, dust, or breakage.


IV. Warranty Claim Procedure

  • The product must be returned with the original invoice.

  • Products are subject to technical inspection to determine the cause of the fault.

  • The inspection period ranges between 3 and 14 working days.

  • Compensation will be provided either by repair, replacement, or issuing a credit note, after deducting the usage period from the total warranty duration.

  • The company is not responsible for any commitments, damages, or financial losses resulting from the inspection period or product failure.


V. Transportation and Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all transportation and shipping costs (to and from service centers).

  • The company is not liable for any damages that may occur during transportation by shipping companies.


VI. General Provisions

  • Purchasing a product constitutes the customer’s explicit acceptance of this warranty policy.

  • This policy is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations.

  • The company reserves the right to update this policy at any time, and continued purchase or use of products constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
